Processing and Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. If you would like to cancel an order after it's placed, you may request a cancellation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to accommodate but no guarantees can be made.
We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.
Shipping time varies based on the shipping method chosen by the customer at checkout. We currently offer USPS First Class and UPS options for domestic orders and UPS and DHL for international customers.
All orders are shipped out of Phoenix, Arizona.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email at the address provided at checkout with the tracking information. In the case you did not receive a tracking email, please email email@example.com
If your tracking states that a label has been created but no further update, this means your order is either still being processed or has yet to receive an arrival scan from the shipping carrier. This does happen on occasion and the tracking will update once the shipping carrier scans the shipment. If your tracking shows this message for over five business days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please be advised that once an order is received by USPS, UPS or DHL, we are no longer in control of your order and are unable to give you information other than what shows on your order's tracking page. If a package is lost during shipment, we strongly advise contacting USPS, UPS or DHL and file a claim if needed. We unfortunately are not responsible for refunding orders that are lost by USPS, UPS or DHL.

Drop Day and Post-Drop Week
We are unable to cancel, change sizes/products or change shipping addresses once your order has been placed within 72 hours of drop days due to high volume of orders.
