The story

The roster spot was never given. It was earned, one day at a time.

Ish Wainright came to Phoenix on a two-way contract. He earned a full roster spot, then a two-year deal, and became one of the most respected figures in the Valley along the way. No shortcuts. The work, done every day.

Known for his love of hats, he shaped a three-piece strapback collection with Ironwilled in February 2024: Blazer, Royal and Desert. Made for the ones who stay the course.
