RETURN POLICY

All items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging.

Used, washed or de-tagged items are no longer eligible for return.

Items that contain any markings, stains, animal/human hair, or contain any type of odor (including laundry detergent, body odor, cologne/perfume) will not pass inspection.

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the order date. Any claims beyond this mark are not eligible for replacement or reimbursement.

US Returns/Exchanges

- If you have any questions regarding our returns portal or your order please email our customer support team - contact@theironwilled.com
- For all international returns/exchanges please email our customer service team (contact@theironwilled.com) with your order number and name of product/products you would like to return/exchange.

Ship your unwashed, unused and tagged items with your packing slip to: THEIRONWILLED 4401 E Baseline Rd, Suite 105, Phoenix, AZ 85042 (we do not provide pre-paid return labels for any returns or exchanges).

We will reach out via email once we receive and approve your return to issue you a refund or store credit.

If the returned item/items do not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
