HOW DO I JOIN THE DAGGER CLUB?

As soon as you’ve signed up for an account, you'll be automatically enrolled into the Bronze Tier of the Club. 

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

For every $1 you spend, you earn 1 point. You earn 25 points just for signing up, and can earn additional points by following us on Instagram, liking us on Facebook, and celebrating a birthday.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARDS?

You can redeem your rewards by signing into your account and visiting the Dagger Club page located at the top of our website. Once here, you'll have the option to redeem your points for various rewards - order discounts, amount off of your purchase, free shipping, and more. 

HOW DO I EARN A NEW TIER?

You earn a new tier by reaching the point requirement of that tier. Simply visit the Dagger Club home page for a detailed breakdown of each tier.

IF I REDEEM MY POINTS, WILL IT BRING ME BACK DOWN TO A LOWER TIER?

No, once you earn a tier, you will never be demoted back down to a lower tier.

WHERE CAN I CHECK MY POINTS BALANCE?

Simply log into your account and your current points balance will be displayed on your profile dashboard.

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Yes, active points expire after 12 months from your last purchase.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I THINK THERE IS AN ERROR IN MY POINT BALANCE?
