Position: Marketing Strategist
Location: Phoenix, AZ (in-person/hybrid)
Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives.

As our Marketing Strategist, you will be the driving force behind our promotional efforts, both digital and physical. Your contributions will shape the direction of our marketing channels, set the standards for the brand, and result in innovative campaigns that captivate our audience and leave a lasting impact.

- Oversee and optimize existing Instagram ad campaigns, while exploring and developing additional digital marketing channels.
- Plan and implement SEO strategies to enhance our online presence.
- Manage PR activities and craft compelling narratives around the brand.
- Ideate and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand ethos, with a focus on creativity and community.
- Coordinate and manage physical marketing initiatives like pop-ups, events, and brand collaborations.
- Develop and nurture partnerships across diverse sectors, tapping into sports, fitness, and lifestyle spheres.
- Lead innovative campaigns like giveaways and athlete searches to increase organic brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Provide input during budget planning sessions based on past campaign performances and future strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table.
- A genuine passion and alignment with the brand ethos and style.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in fitness, lifestyle, or fashion industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, PR/Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
- A creative, strategic thinker ready to bring fresh, impactful ideas.
- Well-versed in social media marketing, especially Instagram.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools. Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
- Experience in organizing events, collaborations, or partnerships is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with industry contacts, collaborators, and partners.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of independent and team collaboration.
- Ability to manage time, deliverables, and meet deadlines.
- Resourceful, driven, and intellectually curious, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
