BLACK FRIDAY FAQ
What is the IRONWILLED Black Friday sale and when does it start?
Our entire store, with the exception of Black Collection items, will be discounted up to 70% off. Discounts will be shown in the product price and no code is necessary. Due to the significant discounts, no codes will be active for items outside of the Black Collection.
The sale starts Thursday, November 24th at 6:00 PM PST. Early access will begin at 5:50 PM PST. The sale ends Sunday night at midnight.
What is releasing for Black Friday?
This year’s Black Friday release features the Black Collection, which consists of all-new tees, hats, and mesh shorts. There is both a men’s and women’s collection.
It also includes our biggest restock ever, with over 30 items from each of our 2022 releases returning.
Are quantities limited?
Yes. As always, quantities are limited, but we have done our best to anticipate demand. Regardless, we advise being on the site at drop time for the best chance to secure your desired items.
How can I get early access?
Early access has already been sent to random members of our email club.
However, we'll be giving out a few more on IG live tonight at 5PM PST.
What are the expected processing and shipping times?
Our team will be working as hard as possible to ensure your order gets out as quickly after placement. Due to the expected order volume and the fact that our team is still small, please expect up to 3-5 business days for processing after your order is placed. Normal USPS shipping times depend on the shipping selection, but usually take 2-4 days. Barring any delays, you can expect this duration for shipping.
We process orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please be aware that your shipping method timeframe, including express shipping, does not include processing time. We will do our best to ensure all orders are sent out as soon as possible after placement.
Can I change or cancel my Black Friday order?
Due to the amount of traffic we expect to receive, we will be unable to cancel or change any orders after they’re made. After receipt of your items, if you would like to return or exchange anything, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org
I placed multiple orders. Can they be combined?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to combine multiple orders and they’ll be sent separately.
I forgot to use a discount code for my order. Can I get it applied?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to orders, including adding discount codes.
I want to go crazy on this sale. Do you offer any different payment options?
Yes, in addition to our normal checkout options, we also offer Shop Pay which allows you to split your order into multiple, interest-free payments.
Can I return or exchange items from the Black Friday sale?
Yes, any item can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your order. Please visit our return policy at the bottom of our site for more information on return/exchange requirements.
