Growing up in the suburbs of Los Angeles, Matt was a dual sport athlete his whole life, playing both football and baseball up until his varsity year of high school. At the age of 16, Matt was diagnosed with a 360 SLAP labral tear and decided to quit all sports and pursue bodybuilding. Upon graduating high school, Matt was admitted into San Diego State University where he obtained his bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting. Matt soon realized after working for multiple corporations that the 9-5 life was just not for him. He dug deep and decided to flip a switch to go all in on social media as an entrepreneur and pursue his passion in bodybuilding and online coaching. Matt now currently lives on his own terms, running a full blown coaching business while also sharing his journey in bodybuilding in hopes to obtain his IFBB pro card in men’s physique

Best Piece of Advice: The grass isn't greener on the other side. The biggest reason people don't succeed in life is because they give up too quick and think of alternatives when things gets rocky. Follow your heart, put your head down and keep your circle close. Stick with your gut and let it run its course. Sky's the limit, you can achieve anything you want in life as long as you stay consistent and know your purpose
