For the first time ever, we're giving you a chance to show us who you are, what you're about, and why you deserve to be the next IRONWILLED athlete.
We're looking for dedicated, like-minded people to join the IRONWILLED roster, become part of a culture of excellence, and a help lead a brand on a mission to change the world for the better.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for individuals who represent our values of pursuing self-excellence, dedication and commitment, and inspiring others. We look for those who walk the walk, have an impact on their community, and aren't afraid to be themselves. We need savages - those who stop at nothing to achieve what they set out to achieve.
BEING AN IRONWILLED ATHLETE
When becoming an athlete, you become part of a like-minded team and a family of those who support and push one another on their own individual pursuits, as well as the team's pursuit of helping inspire change in our community and beyond.
As an athlete, you earn:
- a 1-year contract as a fully sponsored athlete
- sales-based commissions
- potential monthly salary
- monthly clothing stipend
- athlete-exclusive gear
- potential to be included in brand campaigns and photo/video shoots
ATHLETE SEARCH FAQs
Are there any requirements to submit an athlete application?
No. Anyone and everyone can apply.
I don't have a big following. Does this exclude me from being an athlete?
While a bigger following is helpful, it is not an excluding factor. We have athletes with 2,000 followers and some with 200,000. We do not discriminate based on your amount of followers. However, we do look at community engagement and influence as important factors.
What can I do to stand out in the athlete search?
Those who've supported us or use our products will always have an edge over those who don't.
DM us on Instagram to let us know you applied and keep tagging us in your content. Show us the work you're putting in to help others and grow your community.
Be unique. Be original. Be consistent.
When and how will I find out who was chosen?
The search ends October 15th. We will officially be announcing the winners on our Instagram on November 1st.
